Cost Management
Monitoring and Control of Construction Costs during the Construction phrase. Including assessing and recommending progress claims and variation claims, financial cost forecasting and reporting. Ensure that the cost of construction is within the approved budget.

Bank Reports and Progressive Assessments
Representing Financial Institutions to prepare Initial reports and progressive draw-downs for development projects.

Insurance Replacement Valuation
Prepare replacement cost estimates for new and existing buildings if it were required to be replaced in the case of destroyed or damaged.

Mediation and Dispute Resolution
Provide independent cost advise on construction related disputes

Tax Depreciation Schedules
Prepare estimated or actual depreciation schedules on new and existing buildings by calculating the plant, equipment and capital allowance in order to claim tax credits.
